Money-Back Policy
Overview and consumer rights (Korea)
This Money-Back Policy explains refunds for paid programs listed on the Site. Korean consumers may also have rights under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. (E-Commerce Act) and the Framework Act on Consumers. Nothing here limits non-waivable statutory rights.
Cooling-off period
For distance contracts, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without reason, provided digital access or materials have not been opened beyond what is necessary to evaluate the offering. Opening full curriculum downloads or attending live sessions beyond the trial window may reduce refundable amounts as permitted by law.
Eligibility for refunds
Refunds apply to tuition paid directly to us for listed programs. Third-party fees (travel, software licenses purchased elsewhere) are excluded. Corporate invoices governed by separate agreements follow those agreements.
Partial refunds and non-refundable items
If you attend more than 20% of scheduled live hours or download graded templates marked as final, a partial refund may apply based on consumed value. Application fees, rush processing, and bespoke consulting retainers are non-refundable once work begins.
How to request a refund
Email hello@wavehub-currentx.one with your full name, program name, payment reference, and reason (optional). We respond within five business days with confirmation or follow-up questions.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days via the original payment method. Bank processing may add additional days depending on your institution.
Cancellations by us and force majeure
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another date. Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders) may require rescheduling; where rescheduling is impossible, we refund amounts paid for undelivered sessions. Contact +82-2-278-7378 for urgent cases.
