Scope and children

This notice covers data collected via forms, email correspondence, optional analytics (if consented), and classroom-related onboarding. The Site is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child provided data, contact us for deletion.

Categories of data collected

We may collect identifiers (name, email, company), professional context (role, industry), message content you submit, technical logs (IP address, device type, browser), cookie identifiers as described in our Cookie Preferences, and classroom attendance or progress metadata when you enroll.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to inquiries, administer programs, improve the Site, secure our systems, comply with law, and—only with consent—run analytics. Legal bases include contract necessity, legitimate interests (security, service improvement balanced against your rights), legal obligation, and consent where required.

Retention

Inquiry data is retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for active engagements. Program records follow statutory business record requirements. Logs rotate on a shorter cycle unless needed for incident investigation.

Sharing and processors

We use infrastructure and email providers as processors bound by contract. We do not sell personal data. Data may be disclosed if required by competent authorities or to protect rights and safety.

International transfers

If processors host data outside Korea, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions where applicable, and we assess transfer impact relative to Korean Personal Information Protection Act obligations.

Security measures

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, and staff training. No method is perfectly secure; please use strong passwords and report suspected incidents promptly.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. You may withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in Korea. We will verify requests to prevent fraud.

Updates

We revise this notice when practices change. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site with an updated date. Archived copies are available on request.
